The Stonegrill Concept is exclusive to The Cube Hotel.
Simply select from our menu and the fresh ingredients are served to your table still cooking on super-heated volcanic stones.
These specially selected stones, chosen for their heat retention, are baked to 400 degrees in our purpose built Stonegrill oven.
Meals are presented within a protective ceramic serving tray, sided by loaded potato, crispy chips, aioli and house slaw
Using fresh local and seasonal ingredients, our dedicated chefs look forward to giving you a taste sensation that is the hottest flavour in town!
